Does not work for one. For two i had to hard reset my phone because it could not function. Lg stylo6. I want a refund. Your app is garbage
Very cool idea but it seems to only display a logcat of itself not anything else. Very dissapointing. Stopped displaying any new lines after setup as well. I really wish it displayed a full running current logcat of every process on the phone. That's what I was hoping for. Uninstalled and refunded.
This app does work with the newer versions of Android. The trick is that you need to grant the app permission to read the logs using Android Device Bridge (ADB) in the Android SDK Platform Tools (No Root Needed). Needs "android.permission.READ_LOGS" permission After that, restart the app and Ta Da. ** Note: Do this at your own risk. Like anything else involving giving apps additional permissions, be careful **
no longer working. i used to love this. now its useless. needs access to read logs. needs support for oreo 8.1
it's not working with oreo 8.1 or at least my LG Stylo 4.
Does not work anymore cause it needs permissions for the read log. Developer seems to have abandoned this project so we all are wasting our time on this.
Please take this of the store for incompatible (i.e most) phones. It would be awesome if it worked.
The paid version fills the logcat with its own messages, even with identical and minimal configuration. You can't filter them out either since the filter only functions "inclusively" rather than "exclusively". Therefore I use the lite version instead of the paid one to avoid the quantum observer effect.
I just love it, but on my M device it just stops scrolling. What a pity!
Some apps abuses logcat and logcat is spammed. Please add filtering to remove these.
